1. Take measures from the process to improve the machining accuracy of the screw and appropriately reduce the meshing clearance.
2. Tighten the screws at the pipe joint and the connecting surface to prevent air from being sucked into the pump.
3. Ensure the machining accuracy and fit clearance between the inner hole of the pump and the outer circle of the spider rod.
4. Add enough oil to the hydraulic oil pump, increase the oil level, and clean the oil filter.
5. Appropriately increase the motor power to ensure the oil pump speed and volumetric efficiency.
6. Properly reduce the system pressure according to the use requirements.
7. Check, repair or replace the pump body to ensure that the center lines of the three holes are parallel.
8. Appropriately increase the inner diameter of the oil suction pipe of the hydraulic oil pump.
9. Select appropriate oil viscosity and strictly control the temperature rise of hydraulic oil pumps (hydraulic pumps, IPH internal gear pumps, eg-f gear pumps, HVP variable vane pumps, pr2r fixed vane pumps, G truck oil pumps, py external gear pumps, P plunger pumps, vp-sf vane pumps, V variable plunger pumps, SQP hydraulic oil pumps).
10. Repair or replace the pressure gauge switch.

Its working principle is as follows: the lubricating oil system is a closed system, and the lubricating oil is stored in the oil tank. The centrifugal main oil pump is directly driven by the main shaft of the turbine, and the oil pumped out by the main oil pump is divided into two routes, most of which is the pressure oil to the oil ejector, and the oil in the oil tank is sucked into the oil ejector.
A small part of it supplies working medium to the high-pressure standby sealing oil system, the mechanical overspeed automatic shutdown device and the oil injection test system after passing through the check valve and orifice. The oil from the oil ejector is divided into three routes, one route delivers pressure oil to the inlet of the main oil pump, the other route passes through the check valve and is sent to the oil cooler to supply oil to the lubrication system of the unit, and the oil pump in the cab also supplies low-pressure sealing standby oil.
Two oil coolers are set in the lubrication system, one for operation and one for standby, which can be switched one by one during operation. The oil temperature after cooling by the oil cooler should be less than 45 ℃ for cooling, lubricating the thrust pad, supporting the bearing and turning gear, etc. the oil discharged from the bearing is collected by the oil return header and flows back to the main oil tank. In case of turbine shutdown or some accidents, the main oil pump cannot provide the above oil flow, When the lubricating oil pressure drops to 0.076~0.082mpa, the bearing oil pump and seal oil standby pump will be started at the same time. On the one hand, the bearing oil pump will provide low-pressure seal standby oil and oil supply at the inlet of the main oil pump. On the other hand, it will provide lubricating and cooling oil to all bearings and turning gears after being cooled by the oil cooler. The outlet oil of the seal oil standby pump will provide power oil source to the high-pressure seal standby oil system, oil injection system and mechanical overspeed device through the check valve.
