6. For the oil cylinder with large stroke, support should be set in the middle of the cylinder body and piston rod to prevent downward bending caused by its own weight.
7. Do not install the sealing ring of the oil cylinder too tightly, especially the U-shaped sealing group. If it is too tight, the movement resistance of the piston rod will increase.

The strong honing process can repair the cylinder barrel within 2.5 times of the original tolerance. It hones the parts where the size or shape error is out of tolerance through the strong honing machine, so that the overall size, shape tolerance and roughness of the cylinder barrel meet the technical requirements. The relative motion pair between the piston rod and the guide sleeve is the main factor causing external leakage. If the chromium coating on the surface of the piston rod peels off due to wear or produces longitudinal pull marks, it will directly lead to the failure of the seal. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on checking whether the surface roughness and geometric tolerance of the piston rod meet the technical requirements.
